Mark was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. His inspection put me at ease as to the home being inspected and I am confident that I received a report that will provide me with all the information I need.

Mark was a great home inspector to work with and we could not have had a more positive experience. We are first time home buyers, and he took a lot of time explaining the ins and outs of the home we were buying. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of the home and explaining all of his findings and concerns to us. He made recommendations for immediate repairs and for concerns which he considered non-urgent. We are thankful for his advice and I would recommend Mark as a home inspector to any family or friend buying a home.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection. Mark completed our home inspection and provided a detailed report and answered all of our questions. He spoke with me ahead of time, answered questions I had before the appointment, and when it came time for the inspection was really thorough and helpful. He has a lot of knowledge and experience and I’m grateful for the help. Thank you Mark!

Mark was absolutely wonderful. We are first time home owners and he made sure to show us everything we needed to know / look out for so we could go into this new experience with some knowledge. He used a drone to look at all parts of the roof / gutters, took pictures of everything (which was fun/entertaining as well), used infrared after we ran the water to look for leaks, looked though the attic and basement, and worked well with the other inspectors (pool and termite). He was very honest about what needs to be fixed right away and what can reasonably wait. He made sure to keep us informed the whole way. On top of the spectacular job he did, he was really fun to talk to and it was a nice relaxed environment to discuss and ask questions. We felt so comfortable after this, knowing that we had a thorough inspection. We would recommend him to our friends and family without second thought.
