Mark Panetti
New Jersey Home Inspector
Mark Panetti is a U.S. veteran with a strong background in both service and construction. He served as an infantryman in the Massachusetts National Guard from 1986 to 1989 before training and serving as a Cobra Helicopter Crew Chief with the New York National Guard from 1989 to 1993. His military experience shaped his disciplined and detail-oriented approach to work.
Mark’s career in the construction industry began at Contractor Supply Lumber Yards, where he worked from 1984 to 2001. As an outside sales professional, he built strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and architects, gaining firsthand knowledge of the building process and construction materials. This expertise laid the foundation for his transition to home inspections.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing golf, downhill skiing, hiking in Vermont, and spending time with his wife of 32 years and their children. His blend of professional experience and personal dedication makes him a trusted leader at Summit Professional Home Inspections.
