“Nothing but great things to say! Mark was very thorough with his inspection. He invited us to walk around the house with him and pointed out any issues that he found. He took multiple pictures of each problem area so that what needed to be fixed was clear and left no room for confusion. When coming across a potential problem with the Radon system, Mark contacted a someone who was a Radon specialist and was able to provide us with immediate answers. Drew did a fantastic job with my home inspection! As a first time home buyer I was full of questions/concerns regarding the inspection process and what we might find. Drew conducted an extremely thorough and well organized process of inspecting all elements of the home, including the very very tight crawl space. As he finished with each section of the house he shared with me his findings and educated me on each element, their condition, and if he was going to write up something in the report, or if there was nothing to worry about at all. Plus he promised the report in an extremely timely manner. Overall, if your looking for the best quality home inspection look no further, I highly recommend Drew and Summit Inspections!

When I arrived at my home inspection Mark was already busy with his son Drew. They were very thorough, and when there was a concern Mark explained to myself and my husband what would need to be done to fix problem and underlying cause of any. They found things that I would have never thought to even look for! The inspection went extremely smooth. For something that peoe are very nervous about (especially myself being a first time buyer) Mark made the process informative but also very friendly. I would definatly recommend Mark to anyone getting a home inspection and in any future house purchases I make I will be calling him!

FANTASTIC! I was so intimidated by the home inspection process as I have never purchased a home before. Mark made every part easy to understand, simple, and provided meaningful feedback and information. I couldn’t have asked for my home inspection process to go any smoother. He was thorough and really cares about his business. For someone who has no background information on home repairs, real estate transactions or the purchase of a home, I couldn’t feel more pleased and comfortable with the process after my inspection. Mark and his son Drew came by to inspect a property for us in Haddonfield. My wife and I cannot say enough about their service, attitude and work ethic. They came in and got straight to work, documenting every book and cranny. They went off to do their thing, but came by periodically to give us updates and suggestions along the way. At the end of the inspection they gave us a de-brief on the property and asked if we had any last minute questions. 2 days later we got a full report that must have been over 30 pages long, complete with pictures and diagrams. It was such a pleasure working with them. Mark and Drew are absolutely top notch and worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property!

Mark showed thoroughness, knowledge, and great communication throughout the inspection process. He knew I had to make settlement in less than a month, so he kindly fit us into his busy schedule. During the inspection, he and his son took time to thoroughly examine every aspect of my house, took lots of photos for documentation, and took still more time to explain each of his findings. I would highly recommend Summit Professional Home Inspections.

Mark and his son Drew were excellent! They began the inspection on time and also had the inspection done in a timely manner. You could tell they knew what they were talking about and took the time to explain each and every issue that they found. The report system they use is very easy to understand and extremely useful. We can make a repair list right from the program. I would absolutely recommend Summit for any future home inspections.

Professional and honest! Mark and his assistant (and son,) Drew, were very thorough in the inspection of my potentially new home. They allowed us to ask all of our questions and had answers for all of them. They also informed us of everything they were doing with timeframes on when we may have to do repairs. The report we received was very informative and very easy to understand. We also received the report within 24 hours. He gave us confidence in buying this home. I highly recommend using Mark for any future home inspections!

Absolutely great service! Mark the owner and the actual field guy arrived on time and got rite down to business. He went into every detail and did not skip anything. I valued his honesty the most. He let me know what was necessary to take care of and what could wait. He wanted you with him every step of the way. He was very affordable as well. That was a concern of mine that I would be strapped for cash after he came out and it was honestly cheaper then i expected. Overall go with Summit home inspection you won’t be disappointed I promise.
